Police Clearance Certificate is commonly known as Bulletin Number 3 of Criminal Record (in Khmer: ព្រឹត្តិបត្រថ្កោលទោសលេខ៣) in Cambodia. This document is issued by the Ministry of Justice of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
To apply for a police clearance certificate, a foreign national will need to provide the following documents:
1. a scanned copy of passport; and
2. a residency certificate issued by Cambodian commune office.
